You go to your second swap shop and sell a bunch of your old planes at a loss on each one and as soon as you get home, you get on RCU to find another plane that you can afford.
BEEN THERE DONE THAT

When a few minutes after you and the wife have been in the "throws of passion" she asks you what your thinking about and you being the honest yet stupid man you are say "well, I was wondering if I should wait for the 100 4 stroke or go with the .91FX. Frank's got the .91 in stock" LOL

. . . when the chiropractor has to treat you weekly for curvature of the neck . . .

. . . when you yearn for the smell of burning methanol . . .

. . . when your thumbs start to itch every time you pass an open field . . .

. . . when you accidentally glue yourself to the workbench, and never try to get free . . .

You continue to get Chistmas Cards from the hobby shop that you used in New Jersey because you still rate in the top ten of their most vauled client list. I moved to Chicago 3 years ago.

The UPS driver knows your dogs so well he tells them to go get their ball to play fetch with him while you sign for your new airplane.

The hobby shop dealer says, "That'll be four thirty-five," and you don't even think he might have meant 4 dollars and 35 cents.

ROFLMAO! Some of these are priceless!

I realized it last week, I sneeked out of work for a long lunch hour and a fellow employee drove up to the flying field with a cell phone and said,"here, call the office, they need you".

That has happened to me on more than one occasion MinnFlyer. Our cellular coverage here drops between analog (static filled and crackly) to digital (clear, caller id, etc.) The office is in a digital area, and the field is analog. When my wife or work calls, there is a definate difference in the signal, so shes busted me on more than one occasion of (coming home just a little later from work). LOL Our field is close enough to work that we bring lunch and have the planes in the truck and go for an hour or 90 min lunch. Kinda hard to hide the racoon eyes from the sunglasses and the sun on the face LOL.

On a similar note, we went to lunch, THEN made the 25 min drive each way to the hobby shop for some stuff LOLOL.

if you send your GF links to post about RC Wifes to make sure you never get the problems the other poor guys face.
so far we have, i dont want a $800 vaccume cleaner, but you can have what planes you want and can afford.
yes if we go on tour of europe of course you can take a glider and small plane
even seams keen to fly sometime
