I found a place to buy these lily-poly batteries and not sure which one to get for my hummingbird.

I suggest, IMHO, you get the 1200-2S LiPo from Light Flight. The packs are constructed a bit better, and you get a cool little free meter. Not only that, I noticed they are now on sale. I am using them with the Century HP Motor.

I got the cheap cig. lighter plug charger for now, and pre ordered the SC2 charger from B.P.P.

http://www.b-p-p.com/SC2.htm

The SC2 has more features and can put out more current than any other LiPo charger, which will be good if you decide to get LiPo's for your Corona (if you get that heli). Irregardless, the SC2 is the best bang for the buck.

Remember however, you do not want to charge LiPo's over the 1C charging rate.

Thanks buddy, you've been a great help! I'll check out the links you gave me...

Do you mean 1 AMP?

Can these motors be used in the hummingbird? They look strong as heck! LINK

1C, means 1 times the capacity of the battery in question. So if the pack was 1200mah you would not want to charge at more than 1.2 amps.
Yes you can run a Razor in the HB. I have an astro 010 in mine. Once you go brushless you'll never go back...least not for the Hummer. You'll need to look at re-gearing and a possible tail motor change though to compensate for the extra power. I went with the gws direct drive motor swinging it's stock 3x2 prop. It's an excellent match and the tail holds very well. Check out the micro heli board at the e-zone. Tons of great info there on the HB.

www.rcgroups.com. I think.

I have it bookmarked at home but I'm at work and get there from here...hehe

I really like rcuniverse, but for e-flight the zone is"where it's at".
