Does anyone have any pictures of this radio yet? I would really like to see it.

*sigh* I guess I am just to picky. But yuck. It sounds like a killer radio. But I dont' think I could show up at the field with that.

I wonder if I could squeze that into another case.

Azizza, I know what you mean but I don't look at it while I'm flying And I usually keep it hidden in a case

[/QUOTE]If vanity is an issue, wait another year or so - a revised case design has been promised for 2004.

I'm with causeitflies - I don't look at the radio while flying, and I don't give a damn what the others think. Function is far more important to me than the looks. Despite it's boxy look, it feels real nice in the hand.

As for squeezing it into another case, forget it. The electronics are pretty tightly packed in there.

I really don't know why people are so into the looks of this radio. Every radio I have is ugly in some way or another...chrome colored plastic, big power switches, etc.

I am personally looking for features, and the features on the Tracker II blow away everything anywhere near this price range. I will be making an order on Friday. And when I show up at the field with my 'ugly' Tracker II, I will know that my radio can do a few things nobody else's 'pretty' radio can do

Just received my Tracker 11 today and contrary to what I have been reading on some posts the radio is not ugly. It also is very ergonomically designed at least for my hands it feels good. I have been a total JR 8103 man until now. If this radio is as good as its rep. I probably will buy other Tracker 11's in the future.
