My Razor does not want to fly....is there something special that I am suposed to do? my cg is at 7.75" from the tip of the nose. The plane is right 20oz but it only has a single layer of color tape and no fiber tape (it weighed 23oz built as the plans say). What am I missing? Any sugestions would be great...

make sure you've flipped the prop around so it's "pushing" properly. it wont work backwards.

My problem was not the prop but waaaaayyyy to much surface throw. Once I reduced it to what I thought was to little to do anything I was able to get it up in the air with no problems. I spoke to one of the founders of Trick R/C and he said that he flies his with only 60% of the recomended throws as it was to fast and twichy. Well I don't agree (execpt in those 45mph nose dives into the ground) most of the time. The first 2.5-4 minutes on an 8 cell 700mah pak is great and very quick but the it slows wwaaaayyyy down for the remainder of the flight to the equivlent of my E-starter at full throtle ( in otherwords....not very quick). Anyways, it works great and I am convinced that I should have re-started my flight career with an EPP foamy.

I have a feeling that that was either your first plane, or your first electric plane. Electrics have alot less power than gas. You can't just slam the elevator and expect it to go up rapidly

Nope. been flying them for several years. Although this is the first year that I am exclusivly flying them. It was that I messed up when I set the control throws.
