Sorry, I need to clarify my question

MCX s300....Struggling with Toilet Bowl Effect
Question: Why is "Factory Fresh" Flybar heavier on one side than the other? Is it supposed to be balanced?

Status: offline 		I have found not only on my MCX S300 but my standard MCX and even my MSR that adjusting the trim just right makes a big difference on the toilet bowel affect. I am using a DX6i on all of mine and one or two clicks on the trim can make a big affect on this affect. Mostly on your elevator trim.

Status: offline 		How did you attempt to check the balance of the flybar?

It's just a cheap molded piece of plastic very easy for it to be unbalanced.

I find TBE to be somewhat of a myth on these micro helis.. Often caused by the user's stick inputs..

No need to. Heavy side always tilts down every time I land Heli.

Status: offline 		I agree on these little helicopters the TBE affect is real. But I all so have found you might think you have the trim set and just a little one way or the others makes a BIG difference. I have well over 200 flights on my micro E-flites and so far have always been able to trim the TBE out. This is just my micro fleet. I have a total of 11 helicopters.

Loosen off the top screw and you will know TBE exists.

That screw needs to be perfectly adjusted with very little play in the flybar

Loosening the screw wouldn't cause TBE tightening it so the flybar can't move freely *could* cause it.
