Just my 2 yen about these types of threads, "Worst Crashes" its not fun crashing and spending money of replacement parts. if your a bad driver ok then practice more, but reading over and over again people glorifying crashing is just plane STUPID!

Why is it so cool crashing a car?If your rich and have money to burn fine. But what is so fascination with crashing. Its bad enough kids are putting rocket engines in T-maxxas and having them burn-up and exploded. Can you Say " DANGEROUS "?
Caution should anyways be used when running nitro and electric cars. I am just so sick and tired reading these tacky and tasting less threads about crashing!

Worst crash? I haven't had one yet, thank God and hopefully never will either. I've only done a 30+ foot nose dive with a T-Maxx and bent the whole front bulkhead/bumper brace which was easy to fix with new set of screws.

yeah really....lotta negativity on a few threads lately. If you can't say something nice or contributing to the thread don't post.
I took my car to the high school on the track (which is a great place for top speed runs) and I was at full throttle right after a turn, so I was on the edge of the straight and hit a little patch of sand.I was headed straight but it just kinda floated sideways into the grass edge of the track and when that rim caught the edge. It bit and flipped the car up about 2 1/2 feet while in a blur of spinning.I'd say it covered about 20-25 feet before it hit and rolled down the little hill on the side.I had 2 AA's in a lil pack velcro'd to the rear shock tower and I saw those fly out while it was on its way up.Other than grass in the rims and losing the batteries I think I knocked somethin loose in the rear diff because it was real crunchy feelin and pulled hard in one direction but I rebuilt it and its fine now.I also split a rear tire on the tread next to the sidewall. So far thats the worst.

Hey, I've got two stories.....this is when I had my crappy car..

my friends came over to my house while I was just cruising around with my rc. They all have rc's but they didn't bring them. One of my friends wanted to try out my rc since it was different from theirs. While my friend drove my car, my other friend had his bike and they both decided to try to get the rc car to go between the two wheels of the bike as it was moving slowly. They succeded and decided to go again but a little faster, CRUNCH!.....he ran over my car with my body on. The car still seemed to be "alive" and was still working. They asked me if they could try it again, I wasn't sure why I said yes, but I did. This time they were going as fast as the car could go (wasn't that fast). Then CRUNCH!.....that was it for the day. I didn't break anything even though it was a crappy car. I know it wasn't a crash so I guess that story doesn't belong here.

Another day I was racing my friend with his radioshack car : . It didn't really pose a challenge but I raced him any way. We were going straight down a track that was smooth. I then hit a patch of sand and went right into the curb. My car fliped and rolled about 5 times until it stopped. I tryed to see if it would be "alive" this time, but no luck . I somehow lost the reverse and the about the whole front of the car was smashed. I guess I didn't really care because I was getting a new car the next week .

well this is when I got my first r/c car, well truck. I bought a t-maxx used so the engine was broken in. I got it started and I was in my backyard driving around. For some reason I thought it was be a good idea to go out on the street to see how fast it would go. Well started of by going up the street and turn and roll the truck. It landed it on its wheels so drove back down the street but only more carefully turning. Then I gave the truck full throttle and stupid me steer it straight under a car. riped the body up and bend the throttle so it was wide open. Well needless to say the truck flu out from under the car going any way. I'm trying my hardest to not hit anything but not able to stop the truck. So I ran it into a thick brush which doesn't stop it so I ran it into a tree which did stop the truck... well I ran over and shut off the truck.... This being my first time driving this. it scared the cr*p out of me.

i had put a new set of softer springs in my rs4 3 and it had quite a bit of body roll. i had the car with th ebody off so i could get to the needles to tune it. anyway, everything was running great and i ran outta gas in mid turn. well, at the end of a tank the engine runs really lean for a split second and this made my car roll. and boy did it roll. barrel rolled 35 feet hit the curb and flew into a bush. the only thing that happened is i scraped the top of my heatsink. that is my worst crash and i hope to keep it that way.
