Hey all, I just replaced a spur gear on my revo 3.3 and tighten it to where i can push it barley with my finger as i have a allen wrench on the other end. I took it out for a drive and for some reason the lock nut on the end kept coming loose causing me to have no drive. I have replaced this lock nut with a new nut but still it comes loose again. Any ideas on what it could be?

Make sure the 2 washers behind the nut are installed in this () position and that they are not flattened out from being torqued down too tight.
The washers are what help keep the nut from backing off and if they are flattend out, it will.

its only a temp fix but if you do not have any more nuts, you can heat the old ones up a little and melt down the nylon and they work just like new.

Blue locktite FTW. It locks the threads without being a bear to remove.
