thats not because of speed thats b/c the diff did not have a thrust set in it and it was self loosening. the diff was so loose it stripped out!!!

exactly untill all the thrust balls were gone then if you even moved the diff you would have to tighten it lol.

Then i bought a thrust bearing kit. LOL and it seemed to work fine.

Yes it can. It the trust bearing does not have all 8 bearings in it then it will self loosen and the diff will be too loose causing the diff halves to put alot off friction on the diff gear and melt the center out of it.

yes way lower, if the b4 is for offroad racing it would have to be higher than the tc3

NO you cant get a metal spur gear for yoru B4. Loosen yoru slipper clutch if you are stripping gears.

Yes there are. If you plan on racing I would not put any metal gears in the tranny except the topshaft. For playing, no one makes one yet, but in the future I am sure RRP (Robinson Racing Products) will make a metal diff gear. They dont make one yet. I personally never run metal on metal gears, so reember that too.

The only thing I would use metal is your pinion and you top shaft like R6stunter said.

Its the same tranny as the RC10GT so you can get metal idler and dif gears for it.

But even if you run a 7 single you wont strip the kit gears, your diff/slipper will come loose or your spur will strip way before the tranny breaks.
