Seems to me that the law of Gravity and Physics are not in proper balance. (Please Note I’m not saying this set up is wrong, just odd)

Let’s start by calling the MAIN TANK “B”.
And the HEADER TANK “A”.

The header tank (on most) Helicopters is mounted higher than the main tank, that is a gravity problem from the start. You’re trying to use muffler pressure to FORCE FUEL UP HILL. I’m really lost as to why there is even a header tank at all. Anyway, I would think that you would connect the muffler to tank “A” at the top. Then run a line from the bottom of tank “A” to the top of tank “B”. Then run a line from the bottom of tank “B” to the engine. NOT LIKE SHOWN HERE! Any feed back would be of big help. I’m lost as what you guys are doing in fuel world.

It has nothing to do with gravity. It has everything to do with air pressure. You're talking about less than a 3 inch rise. Virtually no air pressure is required to force a liquid to that level. What's wrong with that diagram? The muffler pressurizes the lower fuel system and the upper one is there for extra fuel space and to keep air out of the system.
