Have you tried an H-32 on the Mongoose? It is the preferred props on the SGX hulls.

yes the island is back, it's lower than before. You can see over the mound. We never notice it anymore. The pond is 2' low The pond was like ice flat .We even got some racing in. Craig and I got the .21 rigs going.I lost Ricks driving is coming along He's a good driver already. Took me 2 years to get right. I still mess up sometimes. We test 2 times a week. Getting kinda easy now. Chuck & Lin got the rigger fever, 2 new guys. Chuck ran his gas Vee. Not bad for being out of the hobby a few years. -A little rusty but coming on fast.
Now Bob's a rigger man ,the gas JAE was really moving. setup nicely. So look out, we got 2 guys taking twins for next season. LOL

Yes, the island is back. Crazy drought this year. Normally the inlet is flowing a little water this time a year, but it is stone dry. It'll fill back up no problem in the spring time. The island is a problem for new guys. But Team Stony Pond are precision drivers, so no problem.

Neil and I ran side by side with our .21 riggers. Allot of fun!

Seeing Rick's .21 zipping around got me interested in assembling the hardware on mine. (The pre-built hull been sitting on the dining room table for two months!!) I think I will take it to New Hampshire this weekend so I have something to do when the wife is out shopping. I'm not sure what I am going to do for paint. I might just urethane it with a rattle can and put some stickers on it. (I hate to paint!!!!) Roger C

He had more fun at Hobart! They posted some pictures of Joe's Barbie T-boat on IW. They say it ran very well in the rough!

Yes, those pictures!

Rick's friend, Linn, likes scale models. I told him a Zippkit gas thunder boat would be perfect for him. He was watching us run all Sunday, but no one brought a thunder boat.

We can start a camp fire if it's cold out. We did that a couple times in the spring and it made a difference.

Mike Menter sent me an e-mail and he might come out and run boats, but not sure.
