I'm starting a couple projects that I purchased at the WRAM Show. This first one is the "Super Cessna" from Shulman Aviation. I was looking for a plane to get my flying skills back after a 20 year hiatus. I'm going electric this time. I seen this one fly and it was gentle enough to get my chops back and seen it do knife edges down the runway which made up my mind. I usually build from scratch but I saw the quality of the kit and had to have it. Here's a couple pictures of the contents. Nice wood quality, fiberglass cowl, Included hardware, I was impressed.

Got the wings joined, Installed the servos in the fuse. I'm now getting ready to mount the stab, The parts fit is excellent and I like that you use dowels to pin the stab in place ( I use this on my scratch builds). The other thing I like is you get the hardware for glow or electric.

Got the stab and fin mounted. The pull-pull set up on the rudder and the elevator push rod installed. LG attached and Electric motor mount installed. I'm moving slow because I just moved and I have to search for my building tools LOL. Otherwise I would have been flying the next day.

Well, It's all finished except for some adjusting of control surfaces and some soldering of connectors. I put about 3.5 hours into it. Went together very easy and the instructions were good.

I put a Fury Motor SA40-14S, Fury 55 ESC, Thunder Power 2100 3S Pro lite V2 Battery, and a APC 12X10 Prop, Once I find my scale I'll post the Ready to fly weight. The maiden flight will weight until after my friend/ instructor comes back from vacation. I 'll start on the other plane that I purchased "The Exhila". Not ready for it but I'll get it built and post on a new thread.
