Status: offline 		If you have minor dents an stuff just glass it then worry about anything the glass does not cover up. I have big dents on the fuse where the wings go but more foam gets glued there anyway so no big deal.

If I make the plug out of foam/drywall compound to the exact dimensions i need and then cover with two layers of 3oz cloth, plus a finishing cloth and resin, about how much thickness will that add to the overall dmensions? How much smaller should I make the plug to compensate? 1/8"? 1/16"? 1/4"?
