I am in the process of installing Robart's retracts in my Ziroli 70" P47. Does any one have any pictures they could send me showing their installation? Any words of wisdom?

Well, it may already be too late but I had to lower the retract rails in order to get the gear to retract completely into the wing. I'm using the Robart gear made specifically for the 70 inch Jug and they needed to be at least 1/8 of an inch lower to fit so that they would not fowl the gear door. I actually lowered the rails by 1/4 inch and am using a 1/8 spacer beneath the mounting brackets to get them in the right place. Also, the scissors are too big with the strut extended to fit into the scale wheel well. I had to change the well a tad to make them fit but, hopefully, this will not be too noticeable. I can send pics early next week if you want to see my installation. Good luck with yours.

PS- I had a second, older set of Robart gear for the Jug which had smaller diameter struts and smaller scissors. They probably were not quite as strong but they certainly would have fit in the wells better. Might be worth asking Robart about this.
