I managed to break mine. I soldered it back on, but the reach isnt so good, I think because it's now about 2 inches shorter. Any ideas on how I can get a replacement antenna?

Status: offline 		Frankly I wouldn't bother replacing the antenna on an FM or AM receiver, it'll never perform the same. Either replace the whole RX or get a 2.4ghz radio system. the 2.4 option would be ideal since you won't have an antenna sticking out of the vehicle in the first place, and every performance aspect is better.

The Losi DX3E is around $100 and would be a good fit.

Status: offline 		The 1/10 Slash 4x4 has a 2.4Ghz RX/TX stock. I'm assuming you broke your RX antenna? If so you can get the receivers stripped from new 4x4's on Ebay for a reasonable price. You want one with the part number 2218 . If you broke the TX they are also available. Just be sure to get the correct one (check the p/n). I've bought complete TX/RX's for around $50 shipped.

Also, check with Traxxas about getting it repaired.

If your talking about the 1/16 slash vxl then ignore my post.
