My car was setting up for a few weeks and I decided to run it some this week. The engine would turn over but only hit twice and started to run for about 2 secs. After that I started checking and replaced the glow starter mine was dead. Glow pugs are fine. Problem is the engine just keeps turning over and over never really hits anymore.

Airplane engines I can normally get to run fine. Nitro car engines I have always had trouble with.

Any suggestions on where to start on getting this engine running again?

Could be fuel. I was using Traxxis fuel in a clear container an noticed water bubbles inside the jar. Got some new fuel and first turn got a hit, but just a short 1 sec burst. As soon as the thunderstorms pass I will try again. I am thinking the engine is fine, just this heat as messed up my fuel.

Make sure your idle needle is right. Maybe a hotter plug? I was having issues with my car stalling and between a hotter plug and idle needle it is now rock solid.
