Where can I find a water cooling jacket for a weed eater motor??
I seem to only find ones for zen. motors.

If it's a Homelite or McCulloch engine or any with a simular cylinder,you can get them here http://slappy.org/~john/macwater.htm and have the cylinder turned down and the jacket installed.

do you know the pricing because it is not listed on the site, just the price for the install to happen.
I am looking for the price of a jacket. I have both the above listed motors

THis is one of my old threads. Can some one point me in the derection to find a cooling cap/jacket for the Mculluc engine that has a plug on a 45 degree angle or there abouts instead of a 90 degree angle??

I've made them out of copper and aluminium . Takes a little time to fit them .

You can also make one like the one below on my 30cc Ryobi/Homelite. It's made out of aluminum pipe and is sealed with what looks like JB Weld. It has never leaked and I clean it out with CLR and flush it out until the water comes out clean.

what did you use to weld the copper together? Do you have any photos of the build of it with some instructions?
Also what do you use to seal them to the head??

I used regular solder to put the copper jacket together  ,and hi-temp silicone to seal it .
