combatman -> Plastic gasoline jug ok for glow fuel? (7/28/2003 5:40:42 AM)

Hi everyone,

Is it ok to store glow fuel (up to 20% nitro and 20% oil content) in those red plastic gasoline jugs?

Thanks!

Yes, they will work fine. Just don't get them mixed up with a similar container with gasoline in it. You won't like the results. Also, make sure the lids seal really good, methanol absorbs water like crazy and then your fuel will be worthless.

Hey Nitrowoman,

I think a new superhero comic series especially made for RCUniverse is in order. We can call it:

"The Adventures of Combatman and Nitrowoman"

Until next time....

Wow!!! That would be really cool. We could fight for truth, justice, and the R/C way. :D
