I just wanted to take a moment to let all of you know about a manufacturer who actually stands behind their stuff.  I purchased an Ultimate EP from Maxford USA.  Unknown to me or them, there was a munfacturing defect in the airframe that no one could have found.  First flight resulted in a break up of the wings and crash.  Curt Sildes at Maxford just asked for some pics of the defect.  That was all it took.  No question, they would make good on it.  They are in the process of changing factories, so currently there was not another available.  I was given a few other very fair options, or I could have waited until the new Ultimates arrived.  Honestly folks if I suggested it they would do whatever they could to make me happy.  Since I am impatient and wanted something to fly around the yard I decided to just replace the Ultimate with a Spirit 3D.  Once the new Ultimates arrive I can say that without hesitation I will be adding it back to the hanger.
