Default Enya 15-III muffler

Looking for two Enya 15-III strap-on mufflers. It doesn't have to be Enya brand if other brand fits.

I have a box of about two dozen mufflers. Send the outside measurements to the exhaust stack of your Enya .15-III and I'll see if I have anything that'd fit it!
If I have one, it's yours for $5 plus shipping.

Aw, RATS!
The smallest muffler I have is shown in the photos, and it looks to be too big for your engine. Wow, 23 X 6 is TINY!
There's a rim around the mounting flange of this muffler that would keep it aligned with the engine, and it fastens to the engine with one screw, the way your engine looks to be designed. I'd hoped that it would fit, but the inside measurements of the rim of this muffler are 9 by 27 mm. The overall size of this thing looks to be about right for an .09, but if the flange doesn't fit, then we have nothing!
Sorry for getting your hopes up!
Dan

Actually I messed up and gave the exhaust port dimensions I stead of the outside flange dimensions. I will get back home tomorrow and measure the outside. I doesn't seem too far off.

Measured muffler mounting dimensions with micrometer, 29.8x8.4 mm. So need opening around 8.5 x 30mm.

Tell you what - if you'll pay the postage ($3.50), you can have the muffler for free. Maybe it'll fit, or maybe you can file on it a bit and make it fit. Not much to lose.

I think I will accept your kind offer. Do you take PayPal?

By the way, would you happen to have any spare mufflers for a Fox 45?

Yes, Paypal works fine. It's [email protected].

I have a box of around 15 different mufflers. None of them say FOX on them. Give me the exhaust port dimensions and I'll measure my mufflers to see if one might fit.

Sorry - I checked all the mufflers that I have, and none of them have bolt spacing that would work for you.

Oh well, we tried!

No problem. I could still use the little muffler for the Enua 15.

Were you able to make the muffler fit your engine? Hopefully, it didn't need too much Dremel work!

Haven't done it yet but need to grind the front and rear to fit. I cannot test the engine now anyways. Too cold, -12 deg F.

Ok, got around to modifying the small muffler I purchased from Thunderstones. It fits ok now, but I have not bench run the engine to evaluate its performance.

Glad you were able to make it fit! This should make your engine legal at the club field.

....Back in my day, we didn't sue mufflers at all! What's that ringing I always have in my ears???

Will upload pictures tonight. I also added a pressure nipple on the muffler.
