Default Four Warbirds, All Excellent Condition

I need to sell several planes. All are in excellent condition, with good equipment. Pickup only here in Florida. Here's the list, and offers considered:

1. Phoenix Dauntless, 57", set up for an OS55AX, not included. Electric shock absorbing retracts, flaps, all quality servos installed, $500 package for $275

2. Focke Wulf, Kyosho SQS series, set up for OS55AX not included, electric retracts, all servos, perfect condition, flaps, $225

3. Phoenix Lysander, 72", all servos, set up for OS 2 or 4 stroke, big cool looking plane, all servos included, $135

4. Focke Wulf, 59" Sky Shark kit built, OS91 four stroke, electric retracts, war weary look, all servos, sinister looking bugger. $350

I'm located 50 miles south of Tampa on the west coast of Florida. Will drive to Lakeland, Sarasota, Tampa, and meet. Please email if interested.

I've tried 5 times to list "four" warbirds. Sorry, RCU just doesn't seem to get it this time.

The new owners of RCU DESTROYED this website with their NEED to change everything. They are also TOO ARROGANT to return it to were it was, working perfectly! That's is
perfectly OK because their reduced activity and finances will hurt their pocketbook. Maybe then they will get a clue why all the complaints from RCU members.

Does the Lysander have a 2 piece wing? I'll be flying down to Tampa in a few weeks. I'm trying to figure out how to carry that plane back with me...

Yes, the "Lizzie" has a two piece wing. I store each half in separate bubble wrap. The fuselage would be more of an issue. The tail stays on. Thanks for your interest. --Tony

Hmmm, how can I safely travel with balsa wings and fuse on an airplane? If I think of something I'll let you know. Thanks.

I carried a painting on a plane once wrapped in bubblewrap, from Baltimore to Tampa. The attendant put it in the way back of the plane. After everyone left, she brought it to me, undamaged.

The wings of the Lysander are about three feet long, in bubble, flat. They are not the issue. The fuselage has the tail attached. They won't let you hold it in your lap, and it can't go in the overhead. It's too big to ship in the mail. UPS will screw us on price. Greyhound? Not worth the effort. You would be essentially getting the plane for about $50, because I'm including all the servos. Still, logistics are a killer. I do have a close friend who goes to Atlanta once or twice a month by car. Where are you located? --Tony

Live outside of Atlanta, but if your friend is agreeable, and the schedules mesh, maybe we can work something out.

Sounds good. The guy is my neighbor and we both fly models together regularly. I just spoke with him an hour ago. He was in Atlanta twice just last week, but doesn't expect to be going back for several weeks. He will be happy to meet with you somewhere convenient to both of you when the time comes. Since there may be plenty of time to plan, sounds very do-able. Thanks, Tony
