Three engines with mufflers from estate. Parts or repair or paper weight?

1. Super Tigre Italy .46 G21 - gummed, will not turn over.

2. Super Tigre Italy ..40 - gummed, no carb, cracked prop hub, repair at crankcase carb mount, will not turn over.

3. Magnum XL .28 - gummed will not turn over, carb fastened with epoxy.

Good news - the mufflers look good.
