Ziroli Stuka COMBO
Ziroli Stuka COMBOIt's been a while since I worked on the Stuka, and I'm thinking to sell it. I'm not under pressure, so I will not let it go for less than it's worth.
I build wing already, and it's 3 piece. This will make transport way easier.
I started on fuselage, and than saw something shiny.... And ... Got distracted with other things.
Because fuse is framed already, shipping is out of the question.
You can see the build here:
https://www.rcscalebuilder.com/forum....asp?TID=26121
I an very detail oriented, and take pride in my work, so there was no cutting corners, and what I've done so far is done right!
Main mods so far:
- used spruce for spars, instead of balsa
- used balsa sheer webbing on main spar
- Used SIG joiners for 3 piece wings, I also installed nuts and tubes for alternative joining method. It still uses SIG to transfer load, but screws would be inserted in different locations, check thread for details.
- ailerons are straight, not tapered.
_ I was gonna install electronics in the center part of the wing, and I have space for it ready.
What is included (and what I paid for it):
- National Balsa full kit(325), plus there are some additional pieces of wood I needed (30)
- brand new Zenoah G62, in box (450)
- plans (45)
- cowl, canopy, spats (130)
- Dynamic Balsa Cockpit kit (190)
- Brand New Sierra main gear (270)
- Brand New Bennet Build Muffler, engine mount and spring starter (140)
- Brand New Fighter Aces 90 degree carb bend (60), this should allow to completely hide G62 and carb under cowl
- tail gear + custom bushings (35)
- 2x Hitec 5565 servos, elevator and rudder (100)
- 7x Futaba 3305 servos, 6 for wing, 1 for throttle (280)
- Two Hitec servos for wing bomb drops, I"ll update the model and what I paid later,
- tail gunner scale gun, I think I paid around (20)
I think I have some other small bits and parts for this build, I will take another look.
So adding all the items listed above, it looks like I spend $2075. I prefer not to split it, sell it as a whole combo. I think at $1300 it would be a steal
