Default Bad Trade

I started a thread [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10709989/tm.htm]here[/link] about my issue not knowing that there was a market place forum. Just wondering if there's any action I should take, such as filing a complaint? Thanks for any help.

Default RE: Bad Trade

I am sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member.

If you conducted the trade through the marketplace using the Make offer form, you can file a formal complaint against the other member using the form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the marketplace. You should also seriously consider contacting the local authorities where the other person lives to inquire about your options through them.

I am afraid that calling out specific members in the forums over marketplace issues is not permitted. We have provided complaint and feedback tools in the marketplace for this very purpose. Because of these, we were forced to remove your other posting.

Default RE: Bad Trade

If I have the item ID, I can still (at least) give him a rating, correct? Is there any possible way that item ID for the listing would still be in the system? The ad was listed some time prior to May 24th.
