This is the second time I am asking for support. I have just updated on my wishlist words in the market place. I am no longer getting any email notifications when one of wishlish words shows up in the market place. None of my settings have changed and I do not use a spam blocker.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS? I AM A LOYAL BUYER/SELLER IN THE MARKETPLACE.

Check and see if your ActiveX filtering is off.

Please forgive my lack of IT knowledge. Can you let me know how to check the Active X filter, and should it be off or on.

No problem. On your browser page at the top you have a toolbar, click on tools, in the dropdown about the third or fourth item is "activeX filtering" make sure it is not checked. This should help you.

An older post from an administrator said they were having trouble with email servers affecting the wishlist emails. This was on 3/27. Looks like they are stil having trouble. I stopped getting emails a while ago and was going to let them know when I saw the post. They know about the problem but apparently it still exists.

Any adminstrators able to update us on the fix?

Our IT staff is aware of the problem and working to correct it as quickly as possible. It will likely take a few more days before we see a solution.

Well, I spoke to soon!!! Now every notification I get is duplicated. So I get two notifications for the same item for sale. This is a bit irritating. Any help for the forum moderator? Please let me know!!!

Our IT staff are aware of the double emails and are working to correct it as quickly as possible.

Or, you could look at it that we're making up for all of the time when no emails were being sent
