I am now on a unsecured network, turned all my security software off, reduced images to 640x480 pixels and still get timeouts when trying to upload pictures. Three days now it hasn't been working. Never had any issues before. I give up.

I got my pictures to upload yesterday.  I didn't do anything different, they just uploaded.
