Called of sale after taking my paypal 3 days later
Bought a pitts under asking price payed promptly on paypal he accepted the moneny .Three days later i get mail saying the plane sold to someone else for asking price . This is not good policy . This should not be allowed to happen here at RCU .There has to be something RCU can put in its post for sale policy To prevent a seller from over selling to higher bidders after the sale .what do you think iam i wrong or right

I am sorry you are having a problem with another RCU member.
What happened to you is not allowed. It is also already stated as such in the Market Misconduct area of the Help area in the Marketplace.
Please feel free to submit a formal complaint against the seller using the form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the Marketplace.
