    Email rejects when I ask seller a question

    When I try to ask a seller a question my email gets kicked back from Yahoo. Does anyone have this problem. I can't ask sellers questions when trying to buy. Help!!!!!

    I am assuming this is the Markeplace. This operates quite differently from the rest of RCU on different software. It will be better if you post your problem there.

    That would mean that I would have to post an add. I just want some resolution as asking for help in the help area is pointless since we get no help.

    Ok I sent the pm. However it seems to be happening with everyone I send am email thru yahoo. I even reset my yahoo thru RCU because I thought it would help but nothing.

    This is frustrating send another message to the help area on RCU. They don't care. All I want is to buy some stuff and this site does not work. I am using yahoo and the response from them is it is setting on RCU side that is preventing my email to go thru.

    Thread moved to Marketplace Questions or Problems as the subject matter is not Jet related.

    This problem is unfortunately the result of a change Yahoo made to the configuration of their email servers. There is a possible work around our IT staff is investigating. If that work around does not negatively impact other users, we will consider incorporating it. In the mean time, contacting the seller through PM is your best option.

    I am having the same problem with AOL, undeliverable mail return to sender when I send question to member. Please advise.

    That is a problem on AOL's side. Someone on their side has blacklisted RCUniverse.com emails as spam. They do this every 12-24 months without warning. You will need to contact them and ask they stop blocking our emails.
