Air in map header tank

Air in map header tank
Hi
i am getting air in my map tank, have checked all tygon for leaks . All tygon tubeing is secured with wire behind barb. 100% sure there is no air leaks in the system .can anyone advise on what can be wrong .after a 7 minuite flight the map tank would be about 1/3 empty. Instaled in ultra flash. Turbine rx140.hope some one can help,
