billing/email issue
I sold an item, created the invoice but the email was bounced back to me saying the invoice was undeliverable. Looks like the email that was typed into sending was incorrect. I also couldn't open any of the attachments on the email with the invoice. Please help me, I'm so confused. Thank you.

This issue is unfortunately beyond our control as it is being caused by your email provider, Yahoo. Some time back Yahoo changed their requirements for sites such as RCUniverse that allow members to email each other through the site as proxy. At that time, we contacted Yahoo and were given information on how to update our email servers, which we did and which Yahoo IT staff verified were correct and met their requirements for best practices. However, the problem continued in which they were blocking our emails. We contacted them again and they stated that RCUniverse has been black listed as a spam site. We tried to work with them to get this resolved but they refused and since that time, they block all emails that original from our site either to or from a Yahoo email user.
The only option we can offer at this time is to use a different email address for your RCUniverse activities. We recommend Gmail both for performance and reliability.
