Not sure if this is as it's intended, dark blue on medium dark blue background. A little tough to read. Tried it on Edge, background is white.

Chrome 68.0.3440.106 64bit on Windows 10 64bit

Try clearing your cache/cookies. That may be keeping you from viewing the marketplace as designed. You can also try to look at the marketplace in a different browser. I had this problem too, initially.
