Where Do I Post Bad Sellers

I'm sorry for posting here, but was not sure where you post info on sellers, who miss lead info on what they are selling. I realize that RCU is not at fault for some one posting untrue info on their adds. I have looked for two other ads this person had, but they were pulled out. I have emailed the seller to get an answer to why I received items not as was stated in his ad, but no reply. I can only believe that he will not answer me, to tell the truth. What do I do in this case?
I made a copy of his ad, and know both his username, and name. I got taken by a item that was suppose to be NIB, and when received, was found to be used. If you know where to go to
report this, please let me know.

you can also rate the person with "feedback" if a deal went bad or something was misrepresented. This is done by going to the marketplace and clicking ratings button.
