Default RCU NOT MARKING A ITEM SOLD AFTER INVOICE GENERATED

[]Has anyone had problems with the RCU system not marking items sold automatically after you've generated a invoice and been paid? Who do we contact and how? Thanks, Tom [email protected]

John (the moderator) will see this and help you out. My item gets marked "sold" as soon as the offer is accepted. The invoice and payment are not nessecary.

Your thundertiger plane shows "sold" and your fs 120 II does not.

When viewing your adds the buyers name should show up with the yellow star so you can rate them. If not then possibly you did not accept the offer, no wait, in order to genreate an invoice the offer had to be accepted and should show "sold"

What has happened here is you created an ad for 2 engines and the buyer made an offer for both, but listed the quantity he wanted to buy as 1. You accepted his offer which made the system lower your available quantity from 2 to 1. The system believes you still have 1 to sell which is why your ad did not close when you accepted the offer. Your ad has been manually deactivated.
