Credit on my account
How am I supposed to be able to use a credit on my account? Every time I buy ad enhancements, it charges my credit card instead of using the credit.
Also, my credit is supposed to be $29.95. On 12-10-07 I was charged $10 for Insertion Fee For Ad 348516, and $2 for Enhancements For Ad 348516. Both of these charges are an error. The ad should have been free.

Jim,
You were charged an insertion fee on that ad because it was listed as ProSeller. All ProSeller ads are charged an insertion fee. You hadn't posted 30 or more items in the previous 30 days so this was most likely a single event glitch in the system at that moment.
I have credited your account back for the $12.00 associated with that ad.
The system charged your card instead of using the existing credit because the enhancement you used cost more than your available account credit. Now that your account balance is where it should be you should not be charged again for an enhancement, unless the enhancement is more than your existing credit amount.

Placed another ad this morning. Once again, my credit card was charged instead of my account credit being used.
This has been going on for quite a while now.
How about refunding my credit card $29.95 to make things right?

I have posted a request for your card to be refunded $29.95. We will have the issue with the system charging your card instead of applying an available credit resolved as quickly as possible.

i want to send money to my account with a money order how do i do this if i cant find the address to send it too what is the address to rcu so i can send money to my account so i can post some more ads let me know ASAP ! ! ! ! ! thanks joe.
