Default Not getting me emails from the marketplace

For a while now I do not recieve my question's in my email..Nor can I recieve my invoices or update status..Does anyone have a clue what it might be? Its not going to my spam folder...I have used RCU for a long while now and have had no problems until the past 3 weeks...Let me know if you guys have any ideas on this...Thanks Preston

Same thing is happening to me. An offer is in rejected box, and I haven't rejected the offer. (I'd like to accept it, but can't)

I note both of you are using Yahoo.com email accounts. What you describe is a very common problem with the Yahoo email spam filter. Even if you have disabled the spam filter, Yahoo will block emails from our servers unless you specifically configure the spam filter to allow emails from RCUniverse.com. Why Yahoo does this is a mystery to us. We have contacted them and not received a response.

I seem to be having a similar problem to SCOOTER1985 I get an initial automatic confirmation from RCU and an acceptance from the seller but I don't get any invoices through RCU, I have to communicate directly with the seller.

Check the settings on your spam filter. If it is already configured to allow emails from RCUniverse.com, then you will need to contact your ISP to find out why they are blocking our emails.

I filed a trouble ticket with rcu..No one could tell what the problem was..But they fixed it some how! I have had no problems since..Great job guy's!!! Thanks a million!!

Occasionally, one of our servers will hang and emails will not be sent. The solution is to reboot the machine. This is normally caught only a couple of hours after the issue occurs. If the problem lasts more than one day, spam filters either in your email program or at your ISP are suspect. Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL and Earthlink are the worst for these problems.
