RCU Invoice not adding in shipping
Once the sale is made, I found it convenient to Invoice the customer. OK, now the customer receives the e-mail with the invoice and clicks on the Paypal logo on the bottom of the page and pays the bill. But the Invoice does not include the shipping even though it was on the invoice when I sent it. So, with out knowing it the customer doesn't pay shipping. I then need to ask for the shipping after they went through the process of paying conveniently with Paypal.
So, who do I ask to get this glitch fixed?
