I posted an ad last month, and the system charged my credit card instead of using the credit balance I had on my account. Please adjust and credit $10 back to my credit card.

The system charged your credit card because the ad insertion fee exceded the credit in your account. The system is not able to perform split transactions.

Well, if I would have known that, I wouldn't even have posted the ad.
We're talking about 25 cents here.

I fully understand, but unfortunately, the site is not able to split transactions. It can only make a single debit for each ad.
