Paid For but Never Received
How long would you give a member before starting something here about not getting a article ?? I bought a heli in May and I live in South Dakota well he was selling for a brother in law who shipped it to Oklahoma. He said he was going to pay me when some things got sold but has not happened . Was going to do a refund in Paypal but Paypal somehow lost his money ??? He has a very good rep here but am getting nervous ?? Need advice .

Now it seems he is not answering my emails of course he could be out of town or something and I know from life stuff happens.

You bought this back in May? If it were me, after two weeks of not receiving the item and now there is no email or phone response, it is time to contact PayPal. If PayPal cannot refund your money ASAP, then if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, do a charge back ASAP because you aren't getting what you paid for! When someone says they will pay you when they get a few things straightened out it sounds like the item was never physically there to begin with, other wise he would have shipped it. Sounds like a typical scammers response, they have no business spending that money until after they have shipped the item. I don't know how many + FB's this seller has, but generally a few good ratings makes a buyer more comfortable so he will pony up the dough! If PayPal can recover your money, you have done very well. I NEVER send a check or MO anymore, once it is cashed by the seller, its gone with no chance of recovery, but that is me. Good Luck!
