Billing question on an Ad charge
Hello,
I have a question about a charge on my credit card I was billed for when I placed an ad. I tried 4 times to fill out a trouble ticket and each time I got an unexpected error message so I am posting my question here instead.
On 1/22/10 I placed an ad, number 596134, in which I used one of the ad enhancement features. My RCU account shows that I have a $5.00 credit. This was the first time I ever used that feature and I thought the payment for this feature would take the money from my RCU account first since I have the credit.
I placed the ad and my credit card was charged for using that feature. Shouldn't the money for the charge come from the RCU credit first instead of charging my card?
If that is the case can you please credit my charge card and take the money from my account.
If my understanding is wrong about that, how can I use the $5.00 that is in my account?
