CANNOT MARK ADD SOLD
I cannot mark item 887324 sold. I have recieved payment and shipped the item to a RCU member. I completed the invoice with no problems. If I type in sold in the add, it is deactivated by the next day. I need the add to actually say sold, and be available for the buyer to leave feedback. You guys really need to get these bugs fixxed asap.

When your ad is deactivated because of a problem, please either correct it, or contact us for assistence instead of repeatedly reactivating your ad. The last notice you were sent stated specifically to NOT reactivate the ad if the item is sold.
Because of a problem which occured at the time you originally accepted the offer, your ad cannot be made to say SOLD within the ad.
The buyers offer has been accepted, by you, and both you and the buyer can post feedback for each other. So long as the offer is formally accepted, as it is, there are no problems posting feedback by you or the buyer regardless of whether or not the ad states SOLD.
