    Discussion - Lets see I think I'll use this Li-Po today........WRONG!

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well it finnally happened to me and it's a first.........I was going through my Li-Po's to see if the whole lot was in need of any tending to..........and to my surprise I found a 3 cell 910mAh pack that would have passed for a 4 cell..........yup it puffed just sitting in storage.........now first off this isn't a bash on the manufacturer post.......this is just to inform that yes a steel ammo box or a good fire proof safe is a good idea while your packs are not being used.........the pack that puffed it almost 2 yrs old and has been used alot but never recieved any crash damage..so it is a mystery as to the actual cause of the "puffing". As for the pack I carefully cut off the wires one at a time (need to save that deans plug) and then took the pack outside and out it into my fire pit so I can deal with it another time. So in short guys store them in a fire proof box just to be on the safe side.

Is it too late to check the voltage? I'd be curious.
