Default how does the 3 year/300 cycle warranty work?

I've heard that you offer a 3 year/300 cycle warranty on your batteries for an extra fee and I've read the policy concerning this on your website. I for one would go for it just for the 1 year free replacement in case of a dud pack. But how do you enforce the 300 cycle part of the warranty?

there are things that give it away if you over discharge it the solder can melt on the inside the pack may look ruptured, the person supplying the warrenty will have a graph showing projected loss in capacity and measure it to that
