Default I've seen 20% off advertised for rcu members and hae some q's

What is the 20% off for rcu members good for and how do I apply it to an order?

I plan on atleast buying a 4000 or 5000mah 3s lipo battery.

I also want to buy an eos 5i ac/dc charger with the lba10 balancer, but have found it cheaper on b-p-p.com. Do you guys price match?

The discount is for our members. Simply go to the website and about half way down the screen on the left you'll se an area where you can register. This will give you an automatic 5% discount on your next purchase. Then depending on how much you spend on future purchases this discount will increase up to a max of 20% off. And sorry but we don't offer price matching. You may want to look at our new Combo. New Charger with the 5000 3S pack and a Li-Po Sack. take a peak here http://www.maxamps.com/VXLRTRKIT.htm

Thanks,

Jason

I think you'll like it. We've been selling the system since Spring and there are thousands of very happy customers.

I think I'll like it too.
Do you have any suggestions how my Rusty should be set up to take all the power?

If your after all out speed change the gears for starters. Just use the other set that comes with it. Don't have the rear shocks to hard. And when applying power for a speed run ease into it. If you dump the throttle it will just flip over.

And remember just have fun.

Hey Jason-

Just ordered 2 10,000mah 7.4 volt and 6060i (whatever the digits are) charger.

I'm looking into a Spektrum dx2 radio or a Futaba fast 2.4. I need a lipo pack for the transmitter-- Which radio works better with what you offer?? And will the charger I just bought charge the transmitter pack? Does the plug you have on the pack work with the radios wiring?

Thanks

As of now you won't find a Li-Po for the Pistol grip TX's that use flat packs. Dualsky is supposed to be coming out with a li-Po falt pack for these in the near future. I have an older DX 3 coming next week hopefully and I'm going to take a look and see if we can make a pack to fit it possibly. The charger you bought will charge any Li-Po as long as you have the correct adapters for the plugs used.

I promised to give my opinion when I recieved my kit.
My first word is "WOW".
The pack exceeded my expectations.
I have to say that is TOO fast. I don't know the run time for the pack because I wreck my VXL before the the pack runs down.
I would give a more lengthy review, but I have to go to Towerhobbies.com and order more parts.

MaxAmps kicks butt!
