    Maxamps= great customer service!

    I bought a battery/charger combo off their websiteand not only was it easy to find what I wanted, they offered a very detailed description of the item. After ordering, it only took two days to arrive and everything was as advertised. These guys really have their act together. Thanks Maxamps,

    I know this is kind of a semi-old topic but I'm actually blown away by these guys. I came onto their live support asking a few questions about lipos size-wise and they took the time to answer it. no run-around no 'here's a ticket and wait', nothing. they were right there on the spot with answer.

    Thanks Austin and crew. you just scored a customer for life.

    I ordered from them also, got detailed email for order status, very quick shipping and a couple days later a HANDWRITTEN card thanking me for ordering from them.
    Pricing was good (sale item). I will order again!!
    Bash it. Break it. Fix it.
    Repeat.
