Default GREAT Customer Service

Recently I had the pleasure of destroying one of my favorite electric Sunday flyer's. Too add insult to injury aside from writing off the airframe the 5S 4000 pack took a good shot as well.

My first idea was to purchase a cell from Max Amps and rebuild the pack myself. Having done so with other brand packs suffering similar damage I was confident in the repair. Speaking to a customer service Rep at Max Amps they suggested I return the pack to them so they could at least look at it.

After a series of E-Mails a short while later suffice to say I'm a VERY satisfied customer! It Pays to fly Max Amps brand packs as well as taking out the 3 year warranty.

So Thanks once again to Austin and the whole gang at Max Amps

Now if we could only get them to drive out for the NEAT fair!
