need help how to charge lipo battery

i have a 2200mah 3s 25c brand new. i dont know what rate to charge.is there any one knows a link for a lipo chart like what rate should i charge?

i have a balance charger that bought from ebay

Charge it at 2.2 amps that is a 1C charge rate.

how about nimh AA battery 2500mah for my radio,what is the rate charge and discharge

2.5 amps and safe discharge at 1 amp.
