It it's gonna sit for 3 weeks or more it needs to be put at 50 to 60% of it's rated capacity or 3000 mAh. And then cycle it once every 30 days.

You be fine for that time period and you discharge the pack with the charger if your's has a discharge setting. And a cycle is charged until full then discharge to LVC point then charged back to half.

If it was the first time you charged it, it's because they come with about a half a charger in the when new.

You'll only put back in what you take out. A fully charged and balanced pack should take 80 to 90 minutes to charge.

Nothing, leave the pack fully charged. You said you'd have the truck fixed next week. So your fine.

Jason, thanks you guys were very helpful.after emailing Alex he advised me to send the battery in so it could be checked.after just 2 days i was called and told the battery itself was fine.they said mostlikely the problem was the fake deans connectors that i had.they were causing a resistance problem.anyway i ordered real deans connectors to solve the problem.thanks again.by the way the battery is awesome!
