How many amps are you charging them at and what charger are you using? Also what do you consider Hot? What temp are you seeing?

they were all right around there
I have 2 intellect twin peaks that are charging them at 3.5 amps also and they were all pretty hot.
Around the 100 range.

Yeah what your seeing is normal if the whole pack is at an equal temp. If you have say just one cell a lot hotter than the rest then I would say you have a cell going bad or already bad. You can reduce your charge rate if you'd like but your charge time will go up. But your pack temp will go down.

I am just going to keep running them .
If I have any over heating issues Max Amps told me that they will raplace the pack if I have a melt down.
