Can I see a discharge graph of the 35c 4200 cell?

so why did the cell not start at full voltage? it started around 3.3 or 3.4 volts, when charged is 4.2 right?

The graph starts when the voltage load levels off. The cell was fully charged at the start. When the load was applied the voltage drop to that point.
