Big launch in Georgia
Big launch Sept 28th and 29th put on by Southern Area Rocketry (SOAR) near Lilly GA. This is where they launch the big high power rockets and are approved by the FAA to 5,000 feet. If you have never been to a launch you are missing out and this one is the best one going on in Georgia. For more information check out this link.

Just a little over a week before the launch. My grandson and I are looking so forward to it. Only way we have to go is my rig (motorcycle with sidecar) but we love it. I have thought about making some racks for the outside of the sidecar to carry our bigger rockets. Have to wonder what others would think as we go by. LOL
