E Rockets buyers beware!!!!!!!
I emailed Randy at E Rocket about shipping on an Estes Saturn V. I all so talked to him on the phone and he said it was the last one even thaw he has several on eBay. Then he told me the price was $99 and his web site said $66 then he wanted to say O yes your order off my web site they are cheaper.
So I ordered one, which the shipping was more then he said when I checked out. OK no big deal just but very poor business practice. This was on Sept 4[SUP]th[/SUP] being it was the end of the day I figured it would not go out till the 5[SUP]th[/SUP]. I emailed him several times asking if he had a tracking number so I could make sure someone was watching for it on the day it says out for delivery so it could not get stolen off the porch. NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS.
So I called Randy said he would look it up and email it to me. Guess what nothing. Now for the pass 4 or so days he keep telling me he would send it to me and NEVER HAS!!!! I even had to get in touch with him trying to find out what is going on he would not even give me a reply. So what do you call a person that tells you many times they are going to do something and does not? LIAR!
This is coming Priority mail from MI to GA should only be 3 days. Well he got mad at me because of his lying and sent me the money back. Now I know if it has been shipped he would have never sent my money back. Post ran today and still nothing. Now he has at least one on his web site listed at $99 so my educated guess is he never did ship it to me and lied to me from the get go. BUYERS Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know he is moving into a bigger place all I ask is give it to me straight and not Lye!! His prices are not all that good and the way he treats the customer no worry I will never go back but I will be filling complaints he will need to answer and I will give him what he tried to give me.

Randy emailed me last night and admitted he never did ship the rocket. So the reason I am guessing he jerked me around was so he could raise the price from $66 to $99 as that is all that came out of this. What a crook. He has more excusses then the politicians do.
